Return Policy - RTA Cabinet Company
- All returns must be pre-authorized and include an RM# with return
- The customer is responsible for all return shipments in original packaging
- Returns must be received within 30 days.
- 20% restocking fee
- Pre-Assembled cabinetry is not returnable under any circumstance. If you receive a damaged pre-assembled cabinet please follow the instructions for getting replacement parts.
All returns must be pre-authorized by us prior to return shipment. For authorization please contact us. The customer is responsible for all return shipments as well as initial shipping charges and any other charges that may have been associated with the original invoice. Returns must be received by us within 30 days of the date of purchase. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any assembled or previously installed items.
Once received in good condition, a credit will be provided for the price of the product less a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept returns on any pieces of trim or accessories. This includes but is not limited to all types of molding, toe kick, plywood panels, refrigerator end panels, dishwasher panels, corbels and etc. All returned items will be inspected by our returns department. This process may take up to 2 weeks. Any item returned which is deemed un-sellable will not receive credit and will not be shipped back to you.
In the event that an item is damaged during return shipping, it will be the responsibility of the customer to file a freight claim with the respected shipper. We will be sure to help you in any way possible during this process.
