Manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty on parts. Warranty does not cover assembly or issues related to assembly since this is an item that will be assembled by customer and manufacturer cannot monitor that process. If you receive an item with a damaged part please photograph and report that to us BEFORE you attempt to assemble the item. We will work with you to get that part replaced as quickly as possible. Once you have modified or assembled something we cannot issue replacement parts because the manufacturer cannot verify when the damage happened; before or during assembly.

- Items with defect or transit damage are eligible for replacement when following our damage reporting policy. Replacements generally ship within 3 business days of a completed claim.

- FREIGHT: Available in US 48; carrier calls to set delivery appointment (transit time based on carrier). PICKUP (5-cabinet min): Order Monday by noon CST for Friday pickup. LOCAL DELIVERY (within 150mi of Madison, WI): $350 (+up to 5 business days).

- If you want to pick-up but don't have a truck, we offer U-Haul rentals at our location in Spring Green, WI. Please call ahead to make a reservation.
